These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services, website, and client portal of DK-Elite Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a cleaning, creating an account, or using our client portal, you agree to these Terms. DK-Elite Cleaning Services is a residential and commercial cleaning company that uses the DK-Elite Pro Cleaning Business Management System software to schedule work and communicate with customers.
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described at the time of booking. The scope, schedule, and price of a cleaning are agreed upon before service is performed. We may adjust appointments due to weather, staffing, emergencies, or other operational needs and will notify customers of any schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Appointments are scheduled by agreement. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Missed appointments or lack of access may be subject to a fee as communicated to you.
Prices are provided in your estimate or at the time of booking. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for services rendered and any applicable fees. Payment processing is provided by third-party payment providers and is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
You agree to provide accurate contact and service information and to keep your account details current so we can deliver and communicate about your services.
By creating an account or booking a cleaning service through our website or client portal, and by actively selecting the unchecked SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from DK-Elite Cleaning Services related to your requested cleaning services. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, cleaner arrival notifications, invoice notifications, payment confirmations, and customer service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
